Projects! Projects! Projects!

There seems to be a surplus of projects that continue to keep my schedule full since 2007, I am the busiest I have ever been (which I think is a good thing). I want this section of my site to focus on past and future experiences relating on everything from make up fx, concept work, video game design, product development and other wild opportunities. A special thanks to all the amazing people I have had the opportunity to work with!

Face Off Season 2 (2012)

The opportunity of a lifetime! My real introduction to Special FX industry came from the hand of a new reality television series called Face Off.

Even though I lacked experience in makeup fx, I found my way on the show and eventually took home the grand prize.

It was truly one of the greatest experiences of my life and I will always value the lessons I learned during this process.

Thank you Syfy and Mission Control Media for the opportunity. And a big thanks to my amazing fellow cast mates, you will always be brothers and sisters to me.

Adobe Photoshop

One of my greatest opportunities came when the great Russell Brown (creative director at Adobe Photoshop), called me up one day and asked me to help him come up with some concepts for Adobe's Photoshop World. Since then we have done some amazing projects together. Adobe mainly uses me as a design consultant, everything from  event and theme design to hardware and software development. I have been able to work with some of the most inspiring and amazing human beings on the planet and I hope I can continue to do so.  Adobe has some of the greatest design tools on the planet and I am  really excited to be affiliated with one of the worlds most innovative companies.

IStockphoto

One of the most fun adventures that I have experienced lately is working with some amazing photographers working for Istockphoto.com.. I never thought that special fx makeup would be found on a stock photography website, but much to my surprise the popularity of characters in stock footage is on the rise. In the summer of 2013 I was asked to create some characters for two different events involving fantasy characters. I had an absolute blast and met some incredibly talented photographers and models.
